Profile Page Requirements

Text for profiles should be 800 to 900 words, depending on graphics to be included. Please submit as a Word document. We will lay out the profile according to your guidelines but within our editorial style. You are also asked to complete a questionnaire with information we use to develop the reference tables featured in this issue.
