Arcadia Resources of Southfield, Mich., has acquired JASCORP. Arcadia is a leading provider of alternate-site healthcare services and products, as well as central-fill and licensed pharmacy services.

Todd Fisher, president of JASCORP , says, “We have worked with Arcadia since January 2004 and played a role in the growth of its healthcare operations, specifically those of the PrairieStone Pharmacy prescription network and the DailyMed prescription packaging system.” Fisher sees the acquisition as leading to the development of a wider range of product offerings and continued improvement of its JASRx pharmacy management and disease state management software.

JASCORP will continue to operate from its headquarters in Wisconsin. Fishers says that no license and service agreements will be affected by the acquisition.
