Cognitive Solutions , a subsidiary of ATSI Holdings Inc., has introduced the Advantage DLX desk-top bar-code printer, the successor to the company’s best-selling Advantage LX offering. The DLX offers 60% faster print times and more communications options, including the standard USB B communications port and USB A connectivity. USB A is a unique feature in desktop label printing, allowing keyboards and scanners to be connected directly to the printer. The printer comes with 16 mb of memory and several popular language emulations to provide broad appeal in both new and legacy desktop label printing applications. This facilitates adding the DLX to networks with competitive desktop models.
