Simply Retail, based in Minneapolis, will serve as the selected retail automation provider for the ECRS point-of-sale system for Simply Retail's clients. The company was formed in 1994 and is a retail consultancy and management company in both retail planning and implementation. It integrates retail operations with patient care through customized retail systems.

ECRS creates retail automation systems for pharmacy and health retailers, as well as traditional retailers. An important element of Simply Retail's services is improving the retail process.
