DAA Enterprises has announced a new remote PC support joint venture with Team 9 Global Services. The service, called OnClickTech Support, is designed to cater to the needs of small businesses, home offices, and home PC users, with a focus on providing technology services to businesses too small to cost-effectively employ their own IT staff.
Remote PC support provides on-call phone service through the Internet to easily resolve support issues over the Web, including spyware/virus removal, PC support, server management, software/hardware services, and peripherals support. Customer can use the innovative single-click concept and allow a technician to work on their PCs remotely. OnClickTech Support guarantees complete security, as the technician's activities are not only monitored, but a screen capture records the entire session and stores it, with details viewable upon request.
