KeyCentrix, the developer of the RxKey pharmacy management system, has formed a partnership with United Drugs, the pharmacy cooperative, to market its system to United's members.

"The affiliation with United Drugs aligns with our goals of reaching more independent pharmacies to bring them the powerful tools of RxKey to profitably operate and grow their businesses," says Brandon Shuey, president and CEO of KeyCentrix. According to Shuey, RxKey combines an intuitive user interface that thinks like a pharmacist, with customizable workflow solutions.

Commenting for United Drugs, Liz Schrader, VP of operations and finance, says she is pleased to be able to offer their members a Windows-based system at an affordable price. "Together, with their RxKey system and our back-office services, we have a very compelling package to offer our members," she says.
