The Harris County Hospital District in Houston has signed an agreement with Emporos to install more than 100 of its point-of-sale (POS) systems in the pharmacies at its 16 locations. The hospital district provides more than 1.2 million healthcare visits each year to Harris County residents.

Greg Phillips, CEO of Emporos, says the company’s MerchantSoft POS systems offers top-of-the-line technology for processing customers quickly and accurately.
