As a gold certified partner, Optimum has demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and a proven ability to meet its customers needs. The benefits of being a certified partner include access, training, and support from Microsoft, which is viewed as giving a company a competitive advantage.
As one of the requirements for attaining gold certified partner status, Optimum had to declare a Microsoft competency designed to help differentiate a partner’s capability with specific Microsoft technologies to customers looking for a particular type of solution.
Optimum President Josh Davda notes that the gold certification shows the company’s commitment and investment in products and platforms to better serve its clients. “This allows us to clearly promote our expertise and relationship with Microsoft to our clients,” he says.
