Cashier Live has launched a $49-a-month subscription-based Web application to allow independent pharmacies to accept FSA cards.
According to Thomas Greenhaw, cofounder of the company, this SIGIS-certified software-as-a-service, point-of-sale application was tested with a number of independent pharmacies before the public announcement. Those subscribing to the service are given step-by-step instructions on how to accept FSA cards on the Web site. The service is available for a 30-day trial.
