Our annual survey takes a look at the state of technology in the chains, what their priorities are now, and where they’re finding the best return on their technology investments. This year’s edition drew responses from 27 chains, representing 11,011 pharmacies. We saw a continued interest in upgrading systems and the solidification of several trends into standards of practice.
