The Kadena Air Base in Japan has installed Innovation's PharmASSIST ROBOTx, which can fill up to 240 prescriptions an hour. With an average of 400 prescriptions filled in the Kadena pharmacy each day, the average time for patients to wait for a prescription was 30 minutes before the robot was installed. This wait time has since dropped to about 20 minutes. |
