My name is Lyn Fruchey. I own a community pharmacy in Little Rock, AR. When I read your article entitled "Problems are Solutions in Their Infancy ," [Jan/Feb 2011] I was amazed. I was amazed that a pharmacy in a community with a population of less than 3,000 could fill up to 900 prescriptions in a single day. In addition, I was amazed that so many prescriptions could be handled by just two pharmacists. I had to see the operation for myself. When we arrived at J & D Pharmacy, Don Grove graciously toured us through his operation. He explained each step of his workflow and the special design of his pharmacy fixtures.
