The King Faisal Specialist Hospital (KFSH) and Research Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is now using the ScriptPro SP Central workflow and robotic dispensing system in its main outpatient pharmacy.

ScriptPro worked with KFSH personnel in Kansas City and in Saudi Arabia to plan the implementation. Saudi technicians are fully trained to maintain the system with backup support from ScriptPro's help desk, which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and covers 10 countries.

Prescription labels are printed in Arabic, with English and other languages optional. ScriptPro's global drug database is automatically updated for KFSH every few days, providing current drug images and descriptions for prescription verification. The database includes specialized compounds and clinical trial drugs, as well as medical supplies.

The system was featured on Al Arabiyah and Elekhbarya TV and in the Al Riyadh newspaper.
