SXC Health Solutions has entered into a strategic relationship with Allscripts to exchange authorized eligibility, formulary, medication history, and pharmacy information with prescribers using Allscripts stand-alone e-prescribing electronic health record.

This will allow prescribers to use the transmitted, patient-specific information during the prescribing process for more cost-effective decisions with their patients.
