Managed Health Care Associates (MHA) in Florham Park, N.J., has acquired Net-Rx. MHA is the largest alternate site group purchasing organization. Net-Rx is a provider of pharmacy reimbursement management services. The company’s cornerstone product, RecRx, assists pharmacies in managing reimbursement and reconciliation.

MHA services the long-term care, home infusion, and specialty and combo pharmacy markets. Its members use the services offered in the purchasing of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, capital equipment, and nutritional food. MHA also provides its members with access to the majority of the national and regional prescription drug plans managing the Medicare Part D benefit.
