Greg Phillips, President & CEO, Emporos Systems Credit card tokenization for cards on file to enhance PCI compliance.

Steven Hess, CEO, HBS  HBS allows our client’s the ability to participate in a number of value-added services, called Advantage Programs, that generates and creates additional revenue.  We are in the process of expanding on that program by offering different levels of reconciliation services, because independent pharmacies are losing hundreds of dollars per months on third party claims that are not paid correctly or all.
Larry Stephenson, VP, Sales, HCC HCC is now including a basic prescription imaging module for customers on all pharmacy system platforms.  Additionally, we have several new enhancements planned for all of our product lines in 2011.
Doyle Jensen, EVP, Innovation Eyecon countertop counting device - more compact, improved scanner. We regularly enhance our products based on customer feedback. This is an ongoing process and will continue to be.
Kevin P. Welch, CEO, Integra DocuTrack 5.0 - this new release represents a significant upgrade to our existing DocuTrack product line.  DeliveryTrack 3.2 - this release contains many feature enhancements and is designed to be of particular interest to courier companies.

Christopher Thomsen, VP, Business Development, Kirby Lester Kirby Lester’s KL60 compact robotic dispenser will feature several important software enhancements in 2011, including more options for customizing vial labels; simplified data collection and daily usage reporting; and manual dispensing options.
Randall Murphy, VP & Cofounder, Manchac Technologies DOSIS will be getting a security makeover. The new software security features will allow extensive security based on roles defined by the administration of DOSIS. This new platform is targeting certain states such that DOSIS can be certified the removal of 'PV2 - Secondary Prescription Verification' step required today by all states.  This will put DOSIS in a class by itself with an unmatched Return-On-Investment for any automation in the industry.

Tom Rhoads, CEO, Parata Systems With its next-generation solutions, Parata introduced Axeda remote monitoring capabilities. As the fleet expands in the marketplace, this gives Parata the ability to conduct remote software upgrades, saving time for our busy pharmacies. Now, rather than scheduling a field service engineer come on-site to make the upgrade, they have immediate access to the latest software enhancements, and can install them at their convenience. Further, the tool monitors performance of critical components, and is helping Parata become more proactive in flagging potential problems before they lead to downtime.
