One LTC Pharmacy's Objectives: A Short List for 2012

Michael Bronfein, CEO of Remedi SeniorCare, reached out with three priorities and one challenge that will be his focus for the 2012. Remedi SeniorCare is the seventh largest LTC pharmacy in the country and is based in Baltimore, Md. Michael Bronfein's Thoughts: We will innovate and deploying technology that assists our customers in efficiently delivering optimal medication management, patient safety, and accuracy at the lowest cost possible - especially assisting customers through the cost challenges of the recent policy changes. We will develop technology/Web-based solutions that enable our customers to more efficiently manage their operations and providing instant access to the information they need most. We will look for opportunity to significantly expand our operating footprint to offer our leading innovative services to more customers in more locations. There is the challenge of getting facility owners to take the longer view of investing in technology for activities beyond revenue cycle management.
