Through this partnership, ScriptPro’s SP Central Pharmacy Management System will integrate with OmniSYS’s Fusion-Rx interactive voice response (IVR) solution to provide a single solution that manages operations and handles inbound calls for pharmacies.
OmniSYS Fusion-Rx is an advanced IVR with features that include text-to-speech, data encryption and next-generation VoIP technology. ScriptPro’s SP Central Pharmacy Management System will process incoming pharmacy calls through OmniSYS Fusion-Rx in real time, streamlining the pharmacy’s workflow and productivity while improving accessibility to patient services.

Providing patients with timely, accurate and detailed information on refills improves both patient satisfaction and medication adherence.
