CPESN White Paper
For pharmacists who want to do more than fill prescriptions, pharmacy eCare plans allow pharmacists to document the scope of services and the favorable impact these have on patient outcomes. The eCare plan initiative is managed by CPESN, which oversees what has become a nationwide movement of community pharmacists interested in joining integrated networks. As of mid-2019, CPESN reports 2,100 member pharmacies have built 45 local networks across 45 states. The white paper provides an overview of the program as well as an example of a pharmacist eCare plan in practice for asthma. Download the white paper here.
